The mobile channel offers not only a means to distribute marketing messages to customers on the go but also provides a litany of tactics. While many marketers are focused on the technological marvels that can be achieve through apps, there is a rising opportunity and more importantly a customer demand to add mobile as part of multi-channel CRM initiatives".
